Drink Local Craft Beer Brewed in Chesapeake City, MD

Become a Bayhead Great Beer, Good Vibes & Good Company

Bayheads® Brewing Company was founded in 2016 when a couple of lifelong friends established a brewery in their hometown of Chesapeake City, MD. While living along the eastern shore at the head of the Chesapeake Bay, we often enjoy boating and drinking great beer. This upbringing and lifestyle helped shape us into the people we are today, and it ultimately led to the name Bayheads®. We hope to share this same culture with you. Are you ready to become a Bayhead?

Nothing fancy here... brewed with chinook and centennial hops, this beer is a classic stout for you dark brew lovers.

Lucky the Hop Head Hopped-Up Red Ale, ABV 6%

One of our classic brews that comes around once a year. Brewed with German Red X malt and then heavily hopped with Amarillo hops. It has a bold citrus flavor with notes of orange and peach.

Experimental Wheat Wheat Ale, ABV 5.5%

We had some wheat laying around and decided to get creative. Hopped with citra hops, this isn't your typical wheat ale.

Phantom of the Bay Black IPA, ABV 7.4%

This isn't a stout! This brew is hoppy with pine and citrus notes and a subtle toasty undertone.

Experimental Porter Porter, ABV 5.5%

Our buddies at Riley Farm Ale Works are a brewery in planning and they asked us to help scale this one up. This collab brew is smooth and easy drinking with the roasty flavor you'd expect in a porter.
