If there is an issue with your order, or if something is wrong, please let us know.
The happiness and satisfaction of our customers is very important to us! If you are not satisfied with an item from our store, please return it to us within 30 days of the date of invoice (or as permitted under exceptions below). We will exchange your product or credit your account.
Any returned item must be in the original condition. It must be unworn, unwashed, and you must provide a copy of the invoice/receipt along with a reason for the return. This all must be done within 30 days!
Any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Bayheads Brewing Company will pay for reshipment of the replacement item. If you had an item that shipped to you in error, we will pay for the return shipping charges and replacement of that item.
We monitor every item the best we can to make sure you receive it in excellent condition. Sadly, it is possible for items to be damaged during transit, or have damage that we did not catch. This is rare, but it is possible.
If you receive damaged goods or a wrong item, please contact us as soon as you receive the order. This will allow us to enter you in the system before the 30 day return mark, and arrange for return and replacement of the item.
Returns and exchanges of online orders may be accepted at Bayheads Brewing Company in Chesapeake City, MD or by mail return. Before you send us a return by mail, you MUST contact us to make us aware of the return.
Any in-store order/purchase/pickup must be returned at our store. You can not mail returns when an item was purchased in-store.
Alcohol is non-refundable and will not be accepted as a return or exchange.
Growlers (or any other container) purchased to be filled with alcohol in-store will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
You must contact us or bring the item to our store when we are open to discuss returns and exchanges.
